spirographsm

Lately the worktables have been covered with wires, fans, batteries, and neon markers as kids build simple electronic machines to create generative drawings. Working off of an example made by a FabNewport coach, a few local kids figured out how to make their own spirographs. As they worked together they made the circuits work and created housings out of found materials to hold the parts together. Here’s a picture of Christian using his machine to make some colorful drawings.
